You will work closely with Partners and Directors, manage budgets and billing, review junior staff work, and liaise with HMRC on technical and advisory matters to drive client outcomes and practice development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact alongside the Partner/Senior Manager.
• Lead and support corporate tax advisory projects, including structuring, planning, and HMRC interactions.
• Take ownership of project delivery, budgets, billing, and cash collection.
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Liaise with HMRC on technical and advisory matters.
• Identify advisory opportunities and communicate technical issues, risks, and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure work is delivered in line with firm quality and risk management standards.
