Job summary

Crown Agents Bank is seeking a motivated professional to support senior business development and client solutions colleagues in developing and managing corporate client relationships. The role also supports the preparation of structured solutions across CAB’s product suite and contributes to research on strategic alliances to drive growth.

You will build knowledge of core banking products including FX, payments, trade finance and working capital, assist in preparing client-facing materials, and

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Languages or a related discipline.
• Professional training or certifications in financial markets, banking, sales, relationship management or regulatory conduct would be advantageous but are not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support senior colleagues with client solutions origination, structuring and execution, coordinating with coverage bankers and product stakeholders.
• Build foundational knowledge of core products (FX, payments, correspondent banking, trade and working capital finance) to support structured solutions.
• Assist in identifying potential leads and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support growth strategies by researching new markets, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline trackers and provide timely reporting of BD activity.
• Prepare client-facing pitch materials that are polished and aligned with client needs.
• Support client onboarding activities, coordinating with coverage bankers and product stakeholders.
• Prepare draft reports on BD activities, market insights and opportunities for senior colleagues.
