New vacancy exists for a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join one of our legal top 200 clients in Birmingham.

The firm is a leading national law firm with an exceptional reputation both locally and nationally. The department is well known for handling high-quality, high-profile work, advising a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally.

Working alongside Legal 500-rated Partners, the team has extensive experience advising businesses including enterprises, SMEs, financial institutions, and FTSE 100 companies. The role involves a broad spectrum of corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.
