You will play a vital role in advising ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and private equity clients on complex M&A transactions, investment rounds, joint ventures, group restructurings and other corporate governance matters. Working alongside experienced partners with strong market reputations, you'll handle a varied and engaging caseload that will challenge and develop your technical and commercial skills.

This role offers excellent exposure to deals spanning multiple sectors and sizes, giving you the opportunity to build trusted client relationships and take ownership of transactions from start to finish.

Your Experience

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate law with strong transactional exposure, particularly in M&A, private equity, joint ventures or corporate restructurings.
• A proven ability to deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice and manage your own workload confidently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, with a passion for building relationships both internally and with clients.
• Ambition to grow professionally, develop your client portfolio and contribute to a close-knit team culture.
