Join a leading Top 100 Scottish firm as a Corporate Solicitor (3+PQE) and become part of a nationally recognised and well-respected Corporate team.
With offices in key Scottish cities and a supportive hybrid working model, this is your chance to work on a wide range of high-quality, fast-paced corporate matters across Scotland and beyond.
You will play a vital role in advising ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and private equity clients on complex M&A transactions, investment rounds, joint ventures, group restructurings and other corporate governance matters. Working alongside experienced partners with strong market reputations, you'll handle a varied and engaging caseload that will challenge and develop your technical and commercial skills.
This role offers excellent exposure to deals spanning multiple sectors and sizes, giving you the opportunity to build trusted client relationships and take ownership of transactions from start to finish.
