A leading law firm based in Southampton is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team in Southampton.

The Role

As a member of the Corporate team, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal advice to clients on matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements

• Joint ventures

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an accomplished solicitor with:

• 2+ years PQE within a Corporate team
