Corporate Solicitor

An experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4+ PQE is required by a Corporate department in Southampton.

The Firm
A Law firm with traditional roots in the local community working with local, regional and national clients covering a variety of market sectors. They employ some highly talented and motivated lawyers working upon high quality of work and providing excellent legal advice.

The Role
This role will suit an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next challenge to work as part of a Corporate team in Southampton, Hampshire. As a Corporate Solicitor you will be working within the firm's existing Corporate team which offers strength across all areas of corporate, banking and commercial work advising in mergers, acquisitions, restructures, corporate finance and governance.

The Candidate
The successful Corporate Solicitor should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach with an ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Corporate solicitor to fulfil their career aspirations at a progressive law firm. A minimum 4 year's PQE dealing with a Corporate case load. Good academic qualifications, strong communication skills and excellent commercial awareness.
