Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to take on a partner role, with autonomy to manage client relationships, fee arrangements, and business development initiatives.

You will work within a flexible, modern environment, leveraging existing contacts to grow your own client following while contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Formación

• 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work via contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Corporate Solicitor and participate in business development as a Partner.
• Manage client relationships, fee arrangements, and growth of client following.
• Collaborate in building and expanding the firm’s practice and reputation.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
