Job summary

A leading law firm in Belfast is seeking a Solicitor to join their corporate team. The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading corporate team, advising on areas including M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity, buy-outs, joint ventures, and more. The candidate will work on cross-border transactions, with some of the largest companies from a range of industries.

• 3+ years’ PQE;
• Corporate/M&A background;
• Excellent academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
