Job summary

A renowned national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join their team in Birmingham or Nottingham. The role involves handling diverse employment legal issues, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development. We are working with a highly regarded national firm to recruit an experienced Employment Associate to join their Birmingham or Nottingham team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Employment team, and engage in challenging and diverse employment-related issues, such as employment tribunals, corporate support, drafting and advising on employment contracts, and the provision of general advice on disciplinary investigations.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

• 3+ years’ PQE;
• Strong background in contentious and non-contentious employment law;
• Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
• Strong academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Experience with building client relationships and keen interest in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
