A leading law firm in Northern Ireland is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with over 1 year of PQE. This role offers a blend of high-quality commercial property work and a clear career progression path in a Tier 1 property team. Qualifications

• 1+ years PQE in commercial property preferred.
• Experience in conveyancing or property transactions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Solicitor/Associate - Leading NI Law Firm - Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Are you a property solicitor interested in taking the next step in your career?

Do you want to work in a Tier 1 (Legal 500/Chambers) ranked commercial property practice in this leading NI Law firm? Working in this team the real estate solicitor will work on a broad range of commercial property transactions and contribute to the wider growth of the practice?

This role would suit a property solicitor with 1 + years PQE.

The Role

Working as part of this collaborative and dynamic team the real estate solicitor will work on a broad range of mainly commercial property transactions. More specifically this will include;

• Draft and negotiate a range of property contracts and documents to include commercial leases, contracts etc
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters to include planning and property finance
• Lead on due diligence to include title investigations and searches
• Build and develop strong client relationships
• Get involved in the further growth of the property practice

You will be!

• Qualified Solicitor - 1 + years PQE (NI/ROI/England & Wales)
• Previous conveyancing experience, strong residential conveyancing solicitors keen to move to commercial property will also be considered
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organised and able to deal with a busy workload
• Excellent communication skills to include networking skills
