Job summary

Freeths’ Birmingham Corporate team seeks an ambitious lawyer with 3–6 years PQE to help drive high‑value mergers, acquisitions, disposals and private equity work. You will draft shareholder agreements and support restructurings while building strong client relationships.

You will collaborate across our UK offices in a fast‑growing corporate practice, contributing to growth, governance, and ambitious deal execution.
