As Corporate Security Senior Advisor, you’ll be working in a small team responsible for providing assurance that we’re addressing our security risks and improving our security culture. You will be a role model for security, promoting a positive culture and cultivating good behaviours. You'll contribute to protecting the organisation from security threats that could affect our people, data, information, or physical assets.
The wider team manages a diverse range of work. There is an expectation that you will engage in various team activities, providing opportunities to gain broad experience.

You will be part of a small, welcoming team within the Corporate Management, Assurance, and Security team, focused on protecting and empowering the organisation to function effectively and be resilient. You will have access to professional security advice from Defra group Security and collaborate with subject matter experts in the Environment Agency.

This is a hybrid role; you will be based at your nearest location in England with the option to work from home. Some national travel may be required for meetings.
