Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant Corporate Security Officer to safeguard people, property and assets at a client site in Test Valley. You will manage front-of-house duties, control access, monitor CCTV and perform routine patrols to uphold security standards.

You will work on a 4-on-4-off day shift pattern (approximately 40 hours per week) with an hourly rate of £13.0. A valid SIA licence is essential, and training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Front-of-House & Access Control duties including reception, visitor logs, keys/passes handling
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems to maintain site security
• Maintain incident logs and respond to emergencies in a timely manner
• SIA licence required and to be worn on duty; renewals at least 16 weeks before expiry
• Experience in corporate security is a plus; willingness to learn and develop

Responsabilités

• Front-of-House & Access Control: Manage reception, visitor logs, issue keys/passes
• Technology & Monitoring: Use MS Office, CCTV, and access systems
• Health, Safety & Incident Response: Identify hazards, log incidents, respond to emergencies
• Licensing: Hold a valid front-line SIA licence worn on duty
• Experience: Corporate security background a plus; strong learner attitude
• Skills: Customer service, interpersonal skills, independent or team work
• Tech-Savvy: IT-literate and quick to learn new systems
• Logistics: Private transport access preferred
