Job Title: Corporate Resources Assistant

Hours: Full Time 36 hours per week

Job Status: Fixed Term to 31st March 2026

Location: Leeds Office, with opportunity for agile (hybrid) working

Salary: £25,927.20

Closing Date: 11.59pm, Monday 26th May

Interview Date(s): Expected to take place 5th and 6th June

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Resources Assistant. The Corporate Resources team provides effective administrative support across the organization, manages information calls, and supports facilities and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a professional approach to all enquiries and requests for information and support.
  2. Raising purchase orders and processing invoices related to activities.
  3. Typing, formatting, and editing reports.
Candidate Profile

Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and be able to manage your time effectively.
