Job summary

The firm is seeking a Resource Allocation Manager to lead day-to-day allocation of lawyers across the Corporate practice, ensuring client demand is met and utilisation remains strong. You will work with Partners, Talent, Finance and Business Development to anticipate capacity requirements and resolve resourcing challenges.

Responsibilities include monitoring utilisation, forecasting, identifying capacity gaps and developing/resource management processes, with reporting to support business

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience in resource management, workforce planning or operational management.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing lawyer allocation across the Corporate practice
• Working with Partners and senior stakeholders to identify current and future resourcing requirements
• Monitoring utilisation, pipeline and forecast data and providing recommendations
• Identifying capacity gaps and resolving resourcing challenges
• Developing and improving resource management processes and systems
• Providing reporting and insight to support business performance
