Job summary

A leading US firm in London is seeking a Corporate PSL to join its prestigious Corporate practice. This role provides an opportunity to transition from fee-earning tasks while engaging in various vital support activities, including training and knowledge management. Candidates must have at least 5 years' PQE and relevant experience in Corporate M&A from a top-tier practice.

Top tier US firm is now recruiting for a Corporate PSL (Professional Support Lawyer) to join their Corporate practice in London. The group advises on premium M&A/Private Equity deals and is highly ranked.

This role represents an opportunity to step away from fee-earning, but to remain within private practice with all of the benefits that can offer. PSLs support their practice group by providing training; research assistance; knowledge management; writing article and getting involved in BD/client initiatives and pitches. PSLs are also taking on an increasingly strategic role, helping with horizon scanning for example.

A PSL role is not client facing, so represents a significant shift in workload and hours, utilising a different skillset. It is interesting and varied - no two days are the same.

The role is open to existing PSLs as well as Corporate Associates who are looking to move into their first PSL role. You must be at least 5 PQE + and have experience at another top tier practice in Corporate M&A.
