Job summary

The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London is seeking an organised, proactive Coordinator to support the Sponsorship Senior Manager and the Membership Senior Manager in managing corporate relationships.

This role involves researching prospective partners, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, supporting pitches and ensuring sponsors and members receive excellent stewardship year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate relations, sponsorships, partnerships, or similar external relations roles.
• Ability to manage sponsor and member lifecycles, from researching to stewardship.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective corporate partners and their priorities.
• Assist in developing pitches, meetings, proposals, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate partner communications, meetings and follow-up activity.
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline and income reporting.
