Lunaria Partners in Bristol seeks an experienced Corporate Partner to join its growing team. You will lead a broad corporate practice advising owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, financial institutions and large corporates on mergers, private equity, fundraising, and governance.

You will oversee a varied caseload, deliver technically excellent advice, and develop long-standing client relationships while contributing to business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

A leading UK law firm with a strong national footprint is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner to join its expanding Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded corporate team known for delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.

The Opportunity

You will join a sizeable and well-established corporate practice advising a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, financial institutions and large corporates. The team handles a wide range of high-quality work including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity transactions and investments
• Fundraising and equity structuring
• Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Corporate governance and advisory matters

The Bristol team is experiencing significant growth and offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong cross-office integration. You will work alongside highly regarded senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions while also having the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters.

The Role

• Be confident using case management systems and standard IT packages
