Strictly Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate & Private Equity Paralegal for a leading US Law Firm in London. You will join a dynamic team that has a track record of progressing paralegals into Associate positions via the SQE and training contracts.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents, managing deal execution, and handling due diligence with internal teams and foreign counsel. Degree-educated with a 2:1 is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year Corporate, Funds or Private Equity Paralegal experience.
• Educated to degree level and achieved a 2:1

Responsabilidades

• Assist with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents, including NDAs, SPAs, disclosure schedules, SHAs, management incentive plans, corporate approvals and ancillary agreements.
• Coordinate deal execution, including managing signing/closing checklists, collating signature pages and preparing closing sets/bibles.
• Manage due diligence tasks: collecting documents, maintaining trackers, liaising with internal teams and foreign counsel, and summarising key findings.
• Assist with Companies House filings and financial and corporate information checks, including verifying corporate records.

I am currently working on a Corporate & Private Equity Paralegal opportunity for a leading US Law Firm and looking for an experienced Paralegal to join the team. The role would be working in a dynamic team who are continuing to go from strength to strength and are continuing to grow at this moment in time. This is a firm that also has a strong track record of progressing Paralegals with a number of Paralegals progressing into Associate positions through the SQE and previous examples of Paralegals securing Training Contracts at the firm.
