Bupa in Salford is seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager to lead the UK Insurance Marketing team's corporate customer marketing strategy, driving retention and growth across key accounts.

You will shape data-driven campaigns, lead ABM initiatives, collaborate with Sales, Product and Commercial teams, and develop a high-performing marketing team while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing experience across healthcare, insurance or regulated industries.
• Proven experience delivering customer marketing and ABM programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Experience using CRM systems, marketing automation and customer data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable in a complex, matrix environment and leading teams.
