Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating share and business asset purchase agreements.
• Supporting private equity investments and management transactions.
• Managing due diligence, data-room and disclosure exercises.
• Preparing disclosure letters and supporting documentation.
• Assisting with IPOs, equity fundraisings and other public company matters.
• Advising on reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
• Supporting business development initiatives and pitches.
