We are pleased to be instructed on a broad-based corporate role for a 2-4pqe Associate at this mid-market US law firm. Their City based team works with corporates, institutions, PE funds and family offices, banks, and private and overseas investors on a wide range of corporate transactions and corporate advisory across a number of sectors, including financial services, consumer, retail, real estate and hospitality and leisure. On the M&A transactions that act on both buy and sell-side. Acting for corporates, funds, asset managers and institutions on a range of UK and international cross-border transactions. On the PE transactions that act for sponsor, target, as well as management on mid- and upper-mid-market transactions. They also handle JV's public takeovers and corporate restructurings. Much of the work is international in nature, complex and typical transaction values typically range from small and mid-cap deals up to those well in excess of £400M. To be considered for this role, you should have gained broad experience from a reputable Top 20 UK / City / US firm and have solid M&A, PE and JV transactional experience including experience and ability in sales and purchases.
