Job summary

Origin Legal International in Jersey seeks a Corporate Lawyer at Senior or Managing Associate level to handle a broad range of work spanning M&A, equity capital markets, and mainstream corporate for a prestigious international client base.

Corporate Lawyer (Senior or Managing Associate Level)

• Openings for a Senior Associate (4 years’ PQE+) and a Managing Associate (6 years' PQE+).
• Broad range of work spanning M&A, equity capital markets, and mainstream corporate.
• Strong and respected team servicing a prestigious international client base.
• High-performance culture but in a friendly, down to earth, and collegiate environment with a good work-life balance.
• Large multi-jurisdictional firm and member of the ‘offshore magic circle’.
• Requires strong corporate experience from a good UK (London or regional) or equivalent international law firm.
• Admission in the UK/Ireland, an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction, or Luxembourg (with fluent professional level English).
