This elite offshore law firm offers banking & finance lawyers an opportunity to make a life-changing move without any compromise in quality of work or long‑term career path. You will be joining a team that compares favourably with any major onshore practice, and which advises an international client base of banks, financial institutions and corporations on the Jersey elements of high‑value and complex cross‑border transactions.

You can expect a broad range of work with corporate/acquisition finance, structured finance/debt capital markets and real‑estate finance among the key areas of focus. There will be plenty of scope to take on responsibility and you will be involved in client‑facing work and business development from the outset. Prospects for development are excellent.

Requirements

• Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
• Likely to suit someone with up to 1‑3 years’ PQE. (All suitable applicants considered).
• Broad banking and finance experience, or experience in a specialist area of finance and a desire to take on a more varied practice. A background in a respected commercial law firm in the UK or equivalent overseas will be required.
