Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting a Corporate PSL in Manchester to support the national Corporate practice by applying technical expertise, developing knowledge resources, and delivering training. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE.
• Strong corporate law background in a commercial law firm.
• Significant experience across corporate transactions, ideally including M&A, private equity, IPOs and/or corporate restructuring.
• Excellent technical and research skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly.
• Genuine interest in knowledge management, training and professional development.
• Proactive and innovative with an enthusiasm for technology and improving legal service delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with lawyers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across a national team.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the Knowledge team of a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to move into a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role, using their technical expertise to support an established and successful national Corporate team. You'll play a key role in developing knowledge, training and best practice across the practice, while working alongside highly experienced corporate specialists.

The Role

As Corporate PSL, you'll support the continued development and success of the firm's national Corporate practice, using your experience and technical knowledge to improve the way the team delivers legal services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Corporate team with technical and legal knowledge.

The Candidate
