Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain know-how, precedents and guidance materials.
- Deliver technical training across the corporate practice.
- Support innovation projects and the adoption of AI tools.
- Assist with research, knowledge sharing and business development.
- Manage knowledge repositories and best-practice resources.
- Act as a trusted adviser on corporate law and market practice.
