Job summary

Mills & Reeve, a leading UK law firm, seeks an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join as a Knowledge Lawyer, supporting a national Corporate team with know-how, training, legal updates, innovation and AI adoption.

In this role you will drive technical excellence, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the practice, collaborating with senior stakeholders and legal teams on strategic knowledge initiatives and market developments.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in corporate law.
PSL or Knowledge Lawyer experience preferred but strong fee-earning candidates considered.

Responsibilities

Developing, maintaining corporate precedents and know-how resources.
Providing technical legal guidance to corporate lawyers across the firm.
Delivering internal and external training, updates and thought leadership content.
Supporting adoption of legal technology, document automation and AI solutions.
Collaborating with Knowledge, Technology, Digital and BD teams on innovation.
Conducting legal and market research to identify trends and client opportunities.
Supporting pitches, tenders and client-facing knowledge initiatives.
Gathering/analyzing transaction know-how to improve best practice.
