In this critical role, you will address allegations of misconduct reported through various internal channels, directly supporting the company’s commitment to integrity and compliance. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading significant and complex corporate investigations involving financial and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to assess legal risks and develop strategic investigation plans.
  • Define scopes, conduct interviews, compile reports, and recommend appropriate remedial measures.
  • Oversee internal teams and external resources, ensuring investigations are thorough, timely, and compliant with global standards.
  • Manage all notification, documentation, and reporting processes related to investigations.
  • Advise senior business and HR leadership on risk mitigation and remedial actions.
  • Liaise with Compliance Program leads, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and support investigative attorneys and staff.
  • Monitor legal developments impacting investigative practices and corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading investigations, including financial, regulatory, and compliance-related investigations.
  • Experience in drafting confidential reports and advising senior leadership on compliance risks and personnel actions.
  • Related litigation experience (corporate and/or employment litigation).
