Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Corporate Hospitality Executive in the City of London to deliver premium guest experiences in a private office environment. The role is permanent and fully office-based, with regular hours Monday to Friday.

You will manage executive spaces, provide food and beverage service, and ensure top-tier dining experiences for meetings and VIP stakeholders in a sophisticated corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and setting up executive offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms and hospitality spaces to an exceptional standard.
• Delivering professional food and beverage service, including breakfast, lunch, refreshments, teas and coffees throughout the day.
• Providing formal dining service for meetings, events and senior stakeholders.
• Meeting and greeting guests and ensuring a first-class visitor experience.
• Serving refreshments and maintaining hospitality areas throughout the day.
• Clearing, resetting and preparing meeting rooms and dining spaces between use.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a corporate hospitality, hospitality assistant, executive lounge, private office or high-end service environment.
• Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Experience providing food and beverage service to senior stakeholders and VIP guests.
• Professional, polished and discreet approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
