Job summary
We are recruiting for a Corporate Governance Officer to join our team at Oxford Health and deliver comprehensive secretariat support to the Board of Directors, its Committees and to the Council of Governors.You'll be based within our Corporate Affairs Directorate at our headquarters in Oxford working closely with the Assistant Trust Secretary, Risk Assurance & Compliance Manager, another Corporate Governance Officer and senior leads in the directorate.This is a key role within our Trust, supporting the senior team to deliver our objectives in corporate governance, risk management and committee and secretariat functions. You'll use your significant organisational and communication skills to coordinate and support committee meetings, events and collate reports across the annual business cycle. Key written deliverables will include committee workplans, minutes and action logs, committee documents e.g. terms of reference and committee annual reports.You'll be a working with a variety of senior stakeholders across the Trust including the Board of Directors and Council of Governors so you'll need to be confident working with others, and have tact and diplomacy skills to navigate sensitive and complex information.
