Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?

Practicus is delighted to be partnering with Butterfly Conservation who are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help grow and nurture their network of corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting butterflies, moths, and their environments, while helping businesses make a positive impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and developing strong relationships with existing corporate donors
• Identifying and securing new partnerships with values-aligned organizations
• Creating tailored proposals, reports, and engaging updates
• Meeting income targets while ensuring supporter experiences are top-tier
• Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainable goods
• Collaborating with Communications Team to highlight partnerships
• Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven successful experience in a fundraising environment (preferably corporate fundraising)
• Experience working within charities
• Ability to manage and develop senior and diverse relationships
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of GDPR legislation and its application in fundraising
• Understanding of laws/regulations related to fundraising
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement effective fundraising strategies
• Experience stewarding funder relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A role with purpose and environmental impact
• Flexible working arrangements
• Remote-first culture with supportive colleagues
• Opportunities for training and professional development

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset (few days per year)
