The specialist Corporate Finance Team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a reputable Accountancy Practice that is looking to strengthen its M&A Team with a high-calibre and self-motivated Corporate Finance Executive!

• Corporate Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the M&A / Lead Advisory team
2. Building and maintaining client relationships
3. Working closely with Partners / Directors on complex transactions

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive growing team with significant growth plans over the next 1, 3, and 5 years.

Focusing on the lower to mid-market, you will work with clients across various industries including Healthcare, Logistics, Mining, Utilities, Energy, and Capital Markets.

Requirements:

2. Understanding of M&A and the deal process
3. A desire to develop your career in the exciting world of M&A
