Are you ready to take the lead on shaping and growing a corporate finance function without starting from scratch? This is a rare opportunity to step into a Corporate Finance Manager succession role at a respected and well-established accountancy practice. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading valuations, financial due diligence, and end-to-end transaction support projects
• Working closely with clients from origination through negotiation to completion
• Shaping and developing the corporate finance function with guidance from senior partners
• Collaborating across the wider firm (including audit, tax, and payroll teams)
• Supporting BD efforts with a generous incentive scheme on offer

What they’re looking for:

• ACA-qualified (or equivalent experience) with 1+ years in corporate finance
• Experience across valuations, FDD, and transaction support / lead advisory
• A proactive, hands-on style with excellent client communication skills
• Someone eager to learn, with a commercial mindset and a good sense of humour
• Ideally, experience gained in a small to mid-sized firm
• Clear succession plan into a leadership role
• Bonus incentive on fees for business you generate (not just corporate finance)
• Mentorship from an experienced Corporate Finance leader, with board-level support
