Role - Corporate Finance Manager Location - Manchester Salary - Between £65,000 - £73,000

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a cash rich, acquisitive organisation in their search for a Corporate Finance Manager to work out of their Manchester city centre office on a hybrid model.

The successful candidate will ideally be ACA qualified from a Corporate Finance or Transaction Services background although consideration will be given to outstanding candidates who are ACCA or CIMA qualified with the requisite experience. An ability to interpret large volumes of data and deliver impactful insights is essential. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and the Corporate Finance Manager will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. Key duties for the Corporate Finance Manager role will include:

  • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities
  • Due diligence
  • Lead on deal negotiations and integration planning
  • Market analysis
  • Financial modelling
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with post acquisition integration
  • Ad-hoc analysis

Salary for the role is up to £73,000 + excellent benefits package
