About You:

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (newly qualified or part qualified with relevant experience also considered)

• Background or strong interest in Corporate Finance

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop your career in a fast-paced, project-based environment

About Your New Role:

Always:

• Leading financial due diligence assignments and supporting end-to-end deal processes

• Developing investor presentations and business cases for both private and public sector clients

• Managing a portfolio of Corporate Finance projects, including M&A, capital investment, and fundraising initiatives

Often:

• Building and reviewing detailed financial models

• Providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients

• Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders

Occasionally:

• Supporting forensic accounting investigations and preparing reports

• Taking part in training, and internal development programmes

Never:

• Long hours with no reward
• Having to wear shoes that are 2 sizes too small for you, unless you want to
