Responsibilities

  • Lead complex financial workstreams while guiding clients through strategic challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Simplify and translate complex corporate finance concepts and analyses into clear recommendations for senior management
  • Analyze and evaluate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
  • Build robust financial models and apply valuation techniques to identify key performance drivers and support decision-making.
  • Financial forecasting and analysis, including short-term cash flow planning, preparing and interpreting reports, evaluating operational efficiency, analyzing overhead costs, and developing client-ready presentation materials
  • Evaluate core financial statements and drive short-term cash flow planning and operational efficiency assessments.
  • Mentor and develop junior talent to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking, with strong FP&A experience
  • Strong project and client management skills; adept at driving complex workstreams and helping clients assess challenges
  • Experience with valuation, pro forma financial modeling, and discounted cash flow methodologies
  • Strong people management skills with experience mentoring and developing talent to drive team performance
  • Confident financial modeling and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify key operational performance drivers
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented; supportive and accountable to colleagues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative on project components
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
