Your Role:

As a Corporate Finance Partner, you will be pivotal in driving growth within the firm's Corporate Finance division in London. Your expertise in M&A will lead deals in the lower-mid market (deal sizes from £5m to £100m).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&A projects from start to finish.
• Leverage your network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and investors.
• Provide financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation support.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure deal execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
