Are you an experienced Corporate Finance Director? If you have experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions and disposals (MA&D) within a Global Organisation and providing Group reporting guidance and support to key stakeholders when accounting and reporting for major transactions, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to explore.
As a Corporate Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of GSK’s objective of growing and diversifying our business through acquisitions, other collaboration agreements and/or divestments to ensure continued focus on our core business. The role is also critical in delivering timely and accurate financial and management information for group internal and external reporting purposes for these types of transactions.
