The Opportunity

• Leading mid-market M&A transactions (£10m–£150m EV) from origination through to completion
• Managing and mentoring a team of talented associates and managers
• Building and nurturing client relationships at founder and board level
• Supporting the strategic direction and growth of the London office
• Playing a pivotal role in business development and deal origination
