Job summary

Cooper Parry Corporate Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager in the East Midlands to join a bold, fast-moving team. You will be responsible for financial analysis, valuations, and deal execution support across a range of clients, including private equity and management teams, with access to a global network through REACH.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or similar qualifications.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and valuations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with market and buyer intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Support pitch production with valuation research and deal context.
• Assist in drafting deal documentation and perform robust financial analysis.
• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence, including data room setup and Q&A facilitation.
• Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with precision.
• Contribute to business development through pipeline tracking and relationships.
