Job summary

Cooper Parry's Audit team is seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join us in Derby, leading client engagements and managing projects while mentoring junior staff to deliver high-quality audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will thrive in a client-facing environment, taking ownership of work, spotting issues, and driving improvements for our clients' businesses, alongside a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification).
• Has at least three years' experience delivering audits within a practice environment.
• Has experience working with larger and more complex businesses, or a mixed client portfolio.
• Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enjoys coaching and developing junior team members.
• Takes ownership of their work and is keen to make a real impact for clients.
