Cooper Parry Corporate Finance in the East Midlands is growing and seeks an Assistant Manager to join its team. You’ll work with Entrepreneurs, Private Equity Investors and Lawyers on diverse transactions, supporting research, pitch materials and due diligence.

The role offers fast-paced development, clear progression to Manager, and exposure to high-profile deals with a collaborative, non-traditional culture that values energy, integrity and relationship-led advisory.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications required.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and valuations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Market & Buyer Intelligence: identify buyers/investors and prepare market research materials.
• Pitch Production: assist with pitch documents and research on valuations and targets.
• Supporting Transaction Execution: draft deal documents and ensure robust financial analysis.
• Due Diligence Coordination: manage data room setup, access, and Q&A with proactive risk escalation.
• Project Management: handle multiple projects under deadlines with professionalism.
• Business Development Contribution: support pipeline tracking and relationship management.
• Network Expansion: broaden networks for buy-side mandates and PE opportunities.
