About The Role

We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team as Corporate Finance & Administration Manager, supporting our real estate investment activities across Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to blend corporate oversight with hands-on involvement in transactions, financial reporting, and partner coordination. You'll work directly with the Directors in a small and nimble team, helping manage our platform's operational and financial backbone as we grow our portfolio of direct and JV investments.

What You'll Do

·Manage corporate filings, statutory registers, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

·Liaise with banks, coordinate account openings, and handle KYC and payment processes.

·Work with external accountants and tax advisors on annual filings and audit coordination.

·Build and maintain financial models to monitor deal performance across direct and JV structures.

·Prepare quarterly investor updates and financial reports.

·Support due diligence and execution of acquisitions and disposals.

·Maintain internal data rooms and deal documentation.

·Attend partner meetings, prepare minutes, and manage action items.

·Assist the CEO with strategic finance and operational projects.

What We're Looking For

·Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent).

·2–4 years’ experience in audit, transaction advisory, or corporate finance (Big 4 or mid-tier preferred).

·Experience with real estate or asset-based clients is a strong plus.

·Familiarity with European corporate compliance and multi-entity structures would be beneficial, but is not required.

·Strong analytical skills and financial modelling proficiency (Excel).

·Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

·Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

·Ability to work in the UK.
