LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Corporate Events Chef to lead the back-of-house operations for corporate events across the resort, including gala dinners and weddings. You will guide culinary vision, develop menus with allergen management, and ensure food safety and health & safety compliance.
This full-time role requires flexibility (5 days out of 7) with weekend availability, and you will collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences for corporate clients.

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Corporate Events Chef to join our Resort Hotels and take full accountability of the BOH operation for all Corporate Events across the resort. This role allows you to express your creativity by guiding our culinary vision and influencing our menu offerings across a range of events, including formal gala dinners, weddings, and corporate luncheons. The role also encompasses menu development, allergen management, food safety, and health and safety compliance. This role allows you to use your culinary expertise to not only create but also deliver an outstanding experience for our corporate guests, helping to position LEGOLAND Windsor Resort as the premium destination for external corporate events and potential future clients.
Full Time, Fully Flexible - 5 days out of 7 and available for any scheduled corporate events, whether they are booked during the daytime or in the evenings. Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential.
A day in the life of a Corporate Events Chef would include... Developing menus, including making amendments for each specific event, and delivering food and drink that will impress every client. Preparing a range of dishes to a high standard in an efficient and timely manner for each event. Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary. Adhering to the highest Health & Safety and Food Safety standards in all aspects of the operation. Working as part of a team to ensure the events operation runs smoothly on a weekly basis and working closely with the front of house management teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Ordering stock in line with event par levels and ensuring it is available when required for menu tastings, menu development, and events. Organising and scheduling the kitchen support team for each event, ensuring full coverage for all days and times. When there are no booked events, the Corporate Events Chef will act as a relief chef across all hotel operations, providing operational support in all kitchens where required.
