Responsibilities

• Provide excellent menu knowledge and adhere to allergen and dietary requirements.
• Maintain highest Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Support with deliveries and ensure stock storage is correct and safe.
• Prepare high-quality dishes in an efficient and timely manner.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation.

Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting À La Carte Chefs for our Tournament Tavern Restaurant

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting à la carte chefs across a variety of levels to join our Hotel Kitchen Team, ready for the start of our peak season. With dishes ranging from a full English breakfast to grass-fed rib eye steak, the Tournament Tavern has something to offer all our guests.

Shift opportunities include:

Full-time, fully flexible - 5 days out of 7 on a shift basis

Part-time

Mornings only

Evenings only

Due to the nature of our operation, some weekend availability is essential

Hourly rates ranging from £13.60 to £15.53 dependent on experience plus the great benefits listed below.

• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
• Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety, both in the products served and within the working environment
• Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Preparing dishes of high-quality in an efficient and timely manner
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

• Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
