A leading International law firm in London is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior to join their Global Corporate Oil & Gas Group. The role involves working with counterparts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to handle significant corporate deals, particularly in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience and proven expertise in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier global law firm. This position offers strong career development opportunities in a dynamic sector.

Qualifications

• 2/3PQE+ in Corporate law, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in international deals is a plus.
• Trained at a leading law firm.

Capio are advising a leading International firm in London, seeking an additional Associate or Senior, to join their industry leading Global Corporate Oil & Gas Group.

Based in London, you will be working in synergy with your European, Middle Eastern & African counterparts – delivering on some of the largest and most interesting deals in this space.

This position has been created through further growth and increased workflow; particularly Upstream O&G.

Due to demand, they are seeking an experienced individual with 2/3PQE+, who will seamlessly transition into this role.

Proven experience working on Corporate deals in the Oil & Gas Sector is essential for this position, ideally Upstream leaning; and you would have trained at, or come from a leading Global, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm.
