Corporate Communications Manager

Position Type: Permanent

Location: London - on site, full time (some flexibility after probation)

Salary: On application

Preferred Background: Events/media or relevant industry experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our iconic media and events client in London for a permanent position.

The role's purpose is to develop and execute an effective global corporate communications strategy. This includes crafting a unified corporate narrative, supporting a refreshed brand voice, and ensuring consistent messaging internally and externally across the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver and embed a cohesive corporate narrative: Finalize the development of the corporate narrative, tone of voice, and visual identity, translating these into a central communications plan.
  2. Establish and integrate the role across the business: Engage key internal stakeholders and embed a visible, influential corporate communications function with clear ownership.
  3. Develop internal and external communication strategies: Implement structured, consistent communication plans to enhance cohesion, reinforce corporate culture, and align stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in communications, preferably within the media or events industry.
  • Proven success in corporate and internal communications.
  • Experience managing content strategy, digital platforms, and social media channels.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally.
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-channel communication plans.
  • Strong understanding of brand and reputation management.
  • Passion for DEI, sustainability, and organizational culture development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events and team engagement.
