Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 1-3 PQE to join its Cambridgeshire team. You will manage a varied caseload across corporate and commercial matters, advise on transactions, and draft key documents, delivering practical, commercially focused guidance to clients.

You will build and maintain client relationships, anticipate client objectives, and work to deadlines while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness with ability to understand client goals and provide practical legal advice.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills; able to deal directly with clients.
• Good organisation to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing own corporate/commercial matters with supervision where needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters and own files.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements and reorganisations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Build strong client relationships and provide commercially focused advice.
• Keep up to date with developments in corporate and commercial law.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team growth.
