Job summary

Spire Solicitors LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor (3-5 Years PQE) to join the Norwich office. You will advise on share sales, restructures, and commercial contracts, while building strong relationships with owner‑managed businesses and SMEs.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to business development, work across a broad range of corporate matters, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver practical, commercially‑focused solutions across East Anglia.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in corporate and commercial work with appropriate supervision.
• Strong technical ability with pragmatic commercial judgement.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities

• Advising on share and asset sales, management buy-outs and restructures.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating shareholders' agreements and other corporate documents.
• Advising on company law, governance and regulatory matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and service agreements.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Building and maintaining relationships with owner‑managed businesses and SMEs.
• Supporting business development and regional networking.
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide joined‑up advice.
