Job description

A highly reputable West Yorkshire firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join its team. The firm has won numerous awards as recognition of the high quality of work the firm delivers.

The Role

1. You will be handling a broad range of Corporate/Commercial work which will include anything from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements, as well as commercial contracts and more.
2. The firm has an impressive client base of longstanding, high calibre local clients.
3. You will be expected to get involved with the progress and development of the firm; therefore, you should feel comfortable with business development and marketing.

The Candidate

1. You will need to be a hardworking and committed individual who has a real passion for practicing in this area of law.
2. You should feel confident to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
3. Our client is looking for someone who has at least 2-5 years PQE. However, this is just a guideline, and our client will accept applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range.
